Gear Patrol Protocol Rule #94 – Moisturizing is part of a man’s daily maintenance (it is, so get use to it.) The thing is, you shouldn’t stop when you reach your neck.
If you’re working out to lose weight or to pack on extra muscle your skin may not be able to keep up with your changing form. Using moisturizer will help alleviate and even prevent nasty stretch marks. What’s the point of getting fit if you’re embarrassed to take off your shirt? After each workout take a couple of minutes and apply moisturizer to those trouble spots (your shoulders near the armpits and those ever-diminishing love handles). While you’re at it take care of the rest of your upper body. Trust us, the ladies will take note.
