Dell Vostro V13
Will This Finally End Netbooks Once and For All?

Even though Dell’s surprising anorexic marvel, the Adamo XPS may have garnered much of the company’s recent media attention, we were pleasantly surprised to learn today about the Vostro V13. Built off of the production lessons learned from the aforementioned razor thin Adamo XPS, the Vostro V13 is still a svelte machine at .65 inches thick, and weighs under 3.5 pounds. Inside, buyers have the option of a 1.2GHz Celeron, 1.3Ghz Core 2 Duo, or 1.4GHz Core 2 Solo for an internal processor.
One upside to it’s slightly bigger girth is that this machine also features a variety of ports including eSATA, Ethernet, USB, SD card slot and even an ExpressCard slot. Best of all, it’s being priced at just $450. That’s pretty sweet in our opinion and may give this machine the nod for being the next go to portable computer for those looking to surf the web or edit office documents while constantly on the road. Though we’ll wait until we can officially get our hands on it before making our final judgment For a link to purchase and more pictures hit the link below.
