Tumi’s Alpha Bravo line just got a little more functional with the Tumi Belvoir Tote ($250). Touted as Tumi’s most versatile tote, the Belvoir Daily Tote functions well for work, travel, or casual endeavors. As you’d come to expect, the bag is constructed using Tumi’s renown ballistic nylon with black leather trim. After a rough month of commuting we found the bag to be surprisingly roomy (it has no problem being stuffed with a MacBook, several packed folders, change of clothes, Davek Traveler umbrella, cables & chargers, and other travel gear. Even better is the Belvoir manages to keep its slim profile whether you use the padded shoulder strap or carrying handles, something often overlooked when it comes to buying the right bag.

There’s no shortage of pockets with the Belvoir either, a front-zip pocket to stow easy-to-access items, a side pocket for an umbrella, and the main compartment includes a larger zippered interior pocket and pocket organizer panel (cameras, cables, business cards, pens). For guys interested in the versatility and form factor of a tote, but not too keen on the look or stigma, the Tumi Alpha Bravo Belvoir Daily Tote strikes a perfect balance of both. (Dimensions: 15.5″ wide x 6″ deep x 16.5″ high | 2.4 lbs)
