Nope, these aren’t the Timboes you’ve come to know, but rather Timberland’s vintage-inspired line: the Timberland Boot Company. Inspired by the hard times of mass industrialization in New England and Northern England, the boot ranges are appropriately named: Colrain Reissue, Counterpane, Labourer, and Wodehouse. A personal favorite (and pair owned) is the decidedly gritty water-resistant Colrain Reissue 6″ Boot. It’s hand-made of burnished Horween leather and features a padded collar, waxed cotton laces, leather sole with flex grooves, rubber heel and sole forepart, and rustproof hardware. For the times they signifiy, the Colrain ReIssue Boot only come in whole sizes. How gridiron of them.
