So, like it or not you’ve probably been victimized by the blitzkrieg of iPhone 4 reviews, images, fanboy raving, and hater ranting. Gear Patrol is a little guilty of feeding the hype beast too, but rather than do the typical hands-on review, my editor said “you use Android, why don’t you take this on and do something different”. And so here we are, just several hours after having procured one, with my wordless review of the iPhone 4. No words, just black & white photos. Taken alongside other items (yes, including a Motorola Droid) that give you a sense of how this is the new face of Apple. One where stainless steel and glass live in industrious harmony regardless of OS or service provider.
Because its worth mentioning – all photos were taken with the mighty Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1 Micro Four-Thirds Camera with 20mm f/1.7 Pancake Lens. Honestly, this might have as well been a review of the camera itself, its hairline depth of field, and low light capabilities. Oh, and if you really are wondering what my three word summary of the iPhone is, then you can find that after the jump along with all the gallery.
Three words: a little jealous.
