We like pretty much every kind of leather good Bill Amberg comes up with, but we decided to share the Leather Lugger first mainly because it strikes a good balance between price, size and style. Available in Olive, Brown, and Grey (pictured above) color options, each bag is made by West Country craftsmen from hardwearing Vegetable Tanned leather sourced from one of the remaining pit tanning operations in the UK. Soft vegetable dyed leather is then added on for the handles and pull tabs to create a clean but striking overnight bag. In terms of size, each bag measures roughly 16.5 x 28 x 6 inches. Priced at $375, it may not fall into the impulse by range, but based on Amberg’s reputation for quality and craftsmanship, this bag should be a staple of your luggage collection for years.

Editor’s Note: If you like the cut of this bag but really can’t swallow the price, options are also available in more affordable canvas and even cheaper mesh. Browse those here.
