Shop Watch: Trunk Clothiers, London

Curated Style

By Eric Yang on 10.12.10

Recently, on a trip to London I had a chance to check out Trunk Clothiers which opened this past August in London’s discreet Marylebone neighborhood. In short, the shop offers international garb with a penchant for American Colonial prep (ahem). Founded by Mats Klingberg, formerly of Sweden, the two-floor shop nails a mix of great International brands like J.Crew, Beams+ (of Japanese fame), Woolrich Woolen Mills, Kitsuné, Aspesi and Porter. Opting away from the conveniences of web shopping, Klingberg spent a year on the hunt to discover products across six different countries, handpicking those that suited his discerning tastes for Trunk Clothiers. The shop is a bona fide menswear mecca and a must-stop next time you find yourself across the pond. More on London coming soon. Map after the jump.
