Look familiar? Well, that’s because the same great (or not-so-great if you swing that way) iPhone 4 will be available on Verizon Wireless beginning February 10, after a purported 1 year of network testing. That means FaceTime video calling, the Retina Display, a 5 megapixel camera with HD video, and of course, the tidal wave of apps will all be finally accessible to Big Red’s customer base. Other changes include a revised antenna to deal with the GSM version’s death grip woes and the addition of built-in Mi-Fi functionality to allow the iPhone 4 to serve as a local wi-fi hotspot for up to 5 devices. On the downside, like other CDMA phones, the iPhone will not be able to access data and make voice calls at the same time. So you can forget looking up that restaurant location on your GPS while talking to you friend.
