Viewfinder: Running on Empty by Ross Ching
In honor of LA’s Carmageddon, Ross Ching recut his video “LA with no cars”. To create the video, Ching captured 20-30 minutes of timelapse video at a time then painstakingly removed vehicles from each frame, one frame at a time. He then stitched them all back together to create a surreal perspective of a city synonymous with the car.
