With another grueling week under the belts, it’s time to kick back for some R&R. Finally.

Saturday, 10:45 am

Here are our ingredients for a perfect brunch at The Spotted Pig: Eggs and hash or a chargrilled burger with Roquefort cheese and shoestring fries. To drink: piping hot French Roast.

Plans can change, and in this case, change quickly. An editing project deadline has been pushed up so it’s time to put together a marathon Saturday afternoon film editing session. No worries. Stow the iPad and transcripts into our portfolio and we’re dashing back uptown. So much for the driving range.

Five hours later, emerging from the signal-less cave that is the editing suite, it’s time to figure out the rest of our day. The agenda is already planned: unfurl with drinks and dinner at P.J. Clarke’s then on to War Horse at Lincoln Center. And that’s Saturday.
