HTC’s Titan may be our dark horse favorite smartphone of the fall. It’s biggest claim to fame (literally) is a hipster-pants-tearing 4.7-inch, 480 x 800 Super LCD touchscreen slapped on a body that measures only .35-inches thick. A 1.5Ghz processor, 512MB of Ram, 16GB of on board storage, a MicroSD card slot, 14.4Mbps HSPA+ download speeds, and an 8MP rear camera with F2.2 lens, dual LED flash, BSI sensor (for better low-light captures) plus 1.3MP front facing camera, round out its elite hardware chops. Even more importantly, the Titan is one HTC’s first devices to ship with Windows Phone 7′s widely-praised Mango update, making the complete package a serious must see for gadget lovers in need of a change from the Android or iOS experience. Scheduled to humiliate small handed Europeans and AT&T subscribers later this month, pricing is still unknown, but we expect it to be competitive with the best out there.
