The airport runway screenprints ($24) series from Chicago design shop Nomo combines two of our favorite subjects, design and travel, to create a unique set of wall art. Each 18″ x 24″ print is made using white ink on Steel Gray 100# Dur-O-Tone Cover by French Paper Co and depicts the runway layout of some of the world’s most well-known airports. As of now, the asphalt of ATL, BOS, JFK, LAX, LHR, MDW, MSP, ORD, SFO, STL have all been immortalized, and more airports are on the way. Besides subtly reminding you of places you’d rather not be stranded in, the good news is that $2 of each print sale gets donated to Challenge Air, which aims to build self-esteem in special needs youth through flying.
