Its base, made of the common habaeneros and red bell pepper cocktail, is then blended with more exotic ingredients like Black Lava and Himalayan Pink Sea Salts for a spicy yet smooth concoction that’s perfect on anything from pizza to paninis to polenta. For now, you can only procure it in artisan stores, but look for e-commerce in early March.
