Good morning. After being denied real estate in San Francisco’s Presidio and on Chicago’s lakefront, George Lucas has finally confirmed a home for his Museum of Narrative Art in LA’s Exposition Park. The museum will pay homage to visual storytelling with magazine covers, photographs and Hollywood props and feature the Star Wars director’s personal art collection, which includes paintings by Norman Rockwell. Here’s what’s good in gear: a new collection by Fender, a ‘60s-inspired chronograph, carbon steel cookware and much more.
We’re back on Facebook Live tomorrow at 12 p.m. EST — tune in to see some of the cool new gear in our office.
And here are some fresh stories to start the day.

V-Mod pickups, Deep C neck profiles and narrow-tall frets refine the look, feel and sound of these classic instruments. There’s no arguing with that new Butterscotch Blonde paint job either.
