North Haven Sag Harbor Home

This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home on the North Haven waterfront in New York is certainly got a lot of things going on. At 4,500 square feet it may not be the largest home in the area, but makes up for it with interesting outdoor amenities you don’t regularly find. Oh, and 3.8 acres with 263 feet of water front property. It’s worth clicking through to see other photos of the home. [via Luxist]

What this means to you: We imagine your neighbors won’t be too fond of the parties you’ll throw at this place, but would you even care? (We can’t afford it either…)

Cost: $9.95 million @ Sotheby’s
