Manufactured in California since 1990, the ROM is more a leap of faith into the studied design and manufacturing process of their engineering team. Their guarantee of a 4 minute no impact cardio, resistance and flexibility workout that’s as good as any longer workout seems far stretched. Rode one @ Fusion Fit Club in Trinity, Florida. I am a fairly fit martial artist former military type who has works out daily. I did both the upper & lower body session (4 minutes each). The club trainer went easy on me on with the resistance setting even though I signed the liability waiver in advance…it damned near kicked my ass! Sell all your current gym junk now & buy one of these. Split the cost w/some training buddies. Mine is on order now.
