surlatable.stovetop.smoker.jpgTake home cooking an entirely new direction by introducing smoking. You can take the meats you otherwise grill and give them a moist and delicate flavor.

The stovetop smoker is a great alternative to the outdoor smokers which usually require a great deal of space and maintenance. It’s compact designs lets you smoke smaller servings of food. The drip tray collects fat and runoff. Also included are four kinds of wood chips for a variety of flavor and a 32 page recipe book.

What this means to you: Grilling isn’t your only option. Give your next meal a unique flavor.

Cost: $40 @ Sur La Table
