Simply a super product. I got the black version as a gift, and now give away that style to friends for normal kitchen use and the "top of the line" steel one to freinds/business contacts that either work in kitchen or are big hobby 'chefs'. Certainly worthy of my recommendation (and that doesn't happen all too often! =)
Those countertop things and equipment are absolutely fabulous, no matter what it is.
