I just wish it was available in California! (I'm hoarding my bottle that I brought back from the UK). I was going to comment on the idea that it's aged in barrels used to mature bourbon, and insist that they don't "do" bourbon in Edinburgh Scotland where it's made, they do rather spectacular whiskies...but a quick trip to their website has me completely puzzled - they do say "bourbon." I'm now curious to know if they're bringing over barrels from Kentucky! This beer is fantastic. I just wish it was available in California! (I'm hoarding my bottle that I brought back from the UK).
