From first-hand experience, Olympic fencing shoes from Adidas have traditionally been made available for purchase within weeks of Olympic closing. Also, Nike's venture into the fencing shoe (the Ballestra), which was made as part of their contract with the Chinese team, is being made available in the US starting as early as September.</description>
