We here at Gear Patrol take our duty to bring you the coolest gear around very seriously. But on Thanksgiving, we’d like to remind you of a quote by Frederick Koenig:

“We tend to forget that happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.”

As your family and friends gather around the dinner table tonight, take a moment to look around and reflect on all that you have to be thankful for. Take that time to recognize and appreciate the people who have made it possible for you to be where you are today. Don’t forget to tell your mom that you love her.

Happy Thanksgiving from the entire GP Crew.

Oh, and in case you’re here looking for something to see today, you can always watch the Adidas Original House Party Video our friends at limitedhype got exclusvie dibs at. Watch it after the jump and compare that to what’s going on at your house. Trust us, it’s not the same.
