Thanks for commenting. Glad to hear you've been able to kick the peas habit as well.

Fantastic! I stumbled upon this article, amongst some other "interesting" blurbs, and have to tell you: FIZIO by Recover Gear has saved me! This company offers a knee sleeve that is fantastic for icing my knee, and still keeping things going at home. I love to run, and sadly, I ran into a knee issue which has been alleviated with cold therapy, thus, Recover Gear. I found it for sale after a race. Later, I found it online, and my daughter, who plays soccer, has lived in the ankle sleeve the entire soccer season... We were a frozen pea family, literally. I have snack bags of frozen peas in my freezer, but I am a complete convert. Nothing better, than "ice your ankle", and "will you take out the trash"? Mobility is key. The quality is superior, and since we aren't going anywhere, and not likely to change our activities, I think we all have stumbled onto a little diamond. Very effective! Glad to see it here.
