The advent of the motor car has also robbed us of another very good form of exercise. Walking gets thje juices flowing in a big way, as well as actually being useful for getting you from point A to point B. Good argument hey! Hahahaha! </description>

I decided to use it for a DIY balance board using a PVC pipe covered in some thin rubber. Makes a great cheap substitute if you already have a skate deck, skim board, ext.</description>
