The only downside there I'd say is that most people have a flatbed scanner, which are typically slow as crap. Also, I just noticed at the bottom of their store page that they are selling the NeatReceipts bundle with a refurbished scanner for $99. Bingo! I never throw my receipts out, and end up with piles of them cluttering up my desk, bureau, bookshelf...This would allow me to still save everything without having all the junk. $199 seems a little steep, but I could certainly use the crap out of this.
