I'm having trouble deciding between the Sector 9 - 9 Star Longboard, and the Carbon TR3. Where I live is all flat and I don't know which one would be better for me. I want to go as fast and possible on a flat area, and it's just for travel/cruising. As I improve I might think about putting some orangatang wheels on either of the boards which one would be better with orangatang wheels?

I was literally in Ron Jon's for like 2 hours riding boards. I kept going back to the sector 9's. I liked the flex and the carbon fiber reinforcement gave me the assurance I wouldn't break it that day at least. Gravity had some nice ones too. It seemed like they were all almost in the same range though. www.skatesonhaight.com has some good deals. check'em out.

Nice, but I find those Sector 9 boards always a little too 'spenno for my budget. Would you recommend an alternative or are these the real deal?
