aw-group-shot

In case you haven’t noticed, enhanced water beverages are all the rage these days, as evidenced by their swollen selection in your corner market’s cool case. These hydration options offer a wide variety of beneficial supplements, but some come with unacceptable caloric or carb-loaded trade-offs. From that standpoint, I was glad to try out the new offering of actiVwater, which balances these factors better than most.

actiVwater packs in a variety of vitamins, electrolytes, and utilizes Ertyritol as a sweetener, offering more benefits with fewer calories than many competing products. A little label comparison shows that actiVwater’s touted 25 calories per serving size certainly beats out many of the other “healthy waters” out there. This could be a great option if you need a little more taste or punch out of your hydration routine.

If you choose to try out actiVwater, you won’t lack for choices, as it’s offered in 8 different flavors and packaged in a griptastic 19oz bottle. My suggestion: try the Black Berry for the taste and its Glucosamine content; yes, I’m getting old and my joints are a’ hurtin’.

Cost: $1.29 At Your Grocer or Convenience Store
