How does this sound? Spend two grand to make your heart stop. Not too appealing, right? Well, Mercedes AMG Driving Academy aims to do just that. In exchange for $2,100 (starting), the skilled madmen of AMG will give you the chance to train with a master instructor behind the wheel of an AMG vehicle, including the fabled rip-snorting CLK 63 AMG, about which Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear quipped, “I would buy one, but the only problem is I would run out of land before I stopped.”

At the Academy, you’ll be taught, properly, the skills of race track driving, learning to meet and exceed the limits of an AMG vehicle (they’re guessing your own limits will be met first), mastery of critical driving conditions, winter driving, and all around balls-to-the-wall fun. AMG Academy is designed with tiered skill levels from beginners to masters and takes place at a variety of famous tracks including Affalterbach, Ascari Race Resort, Nurburgring, Imola, Boxberg, and Arjeplog (Sweden).
