I think the above strap looks nice but it's not my style. All my watches have SS bracelets with the exception of one of my Hamilton's (the Air Race which has a rubber bracelet) and i love them that way. i'm not afraid to wear my watches either. i did buy and try a nylon strap once and it just lost all of it's feel. i keep it in my bug out bag now just in case the bracelet i'm wearing when i 'bug out' breaks, haha. i agree, mark. I have a very eclectic mix of hide and steel band watches. Every nick, scratch, wear area of a band tells a story that is passed down generation to generation. Just like a proper watch should be.
