Whether or not you’re a fan of spicy food, it’s time to throw concern for your taste buds aside. Fire roasted, stuffed jalapeño peppers with cheese and other savory ingredients, are an appetizer that’s sure to knock your final summer entertaining stints out of the park.
Holding up to 18 stuffed or whole peppers upright, this jalapeño roaster imparts delicious smoky flavor while keeping the chilies a safe distance from the flame and preventing them from falling Gandalf style through the grate. If that didn’t make you salivate, it might be time for a CAT scan.
Once cooked, cleanup is as easy as their preparation thanks to the roaster being dish washer safe. Really, for $20 bucks, does it get any better than this?
