ito-en-sencha-shot1The Ito En tea company of Japan brews up a multifarious collection of bottled teas in green, black, white, and fruit flavors. The taste and quality are great, yet with typical over-the-top Japanese engineering, the bottles are contoured to fit your top lip. But that’s not all – one of Ito En’s more cutting-edge products, the Sencha Shot, is a small 6.4 oz. can of concentrated green tea loaded with free-radical fighting antioxidants known as catechins.

152 milligrams of these resistance-boosters are crammed into each serving, as well as a day’s worth of vitamin C, and 40 milligrams of caffeine. That’s five times the amount of catechins found in your average ready-to-drink green tea. Worried about your aluminum intake? Well Ito En thought of that too – these cans are steel. And to all of you tough-guy green tea drinkers out there – lemme see you crush one barehanded.

Cost: $1.49
