west_elm_bookcase_secretaryPart bookcase, part desk in disguise, this versatile unit should star in the next Micheal Bay film (although we’re not sure how it would look once a jet pack was installed). Seeing the case straddled by Meghan Fox would be another story.

Great for small spaces or rooms pulling double duty for life and work, this attractive secretary finished in a rich chocolate is a pragmatists dream. It’s flush bottom mounted drawers adds discrete storage while two internal cubby shelves are perfect for displaying your entire Pez collection. When guest are over, simply fold up the flip down workspace to hide it all away.

Editor’s Note: The remaining large shelves provide plenty of space for baskets, or all manner of other random decorations the opposite sex insists you have. In case you’re not sure what we’re talking about, check out that wicker star wand in the photo placed in the basket on left side. Clearly someone’s whipped. Hit the jump for more photos and pricing.

Cost: $999
