Gilt Man | Free Invites For Gear Patrol Readers
Spot On. On Sale.

Fashion conscious, deal seeking, gear hounds. Not often a winning combination for your wallet. The people responsible for the insanely popular Gilt.com (circa 2007), have heard your plea and finally launched a site that rounds up all the on-sale goodness for men. Aptly, it’s called Gilt Man.
The inventory changes daily (they’ve got a schedule of upcoming products), so make sure to bookmark it as a daily destination, like Gear Patrol. Though we highly suggest refraining from drinking & shopping unless you’re fearless with your bank account. Today you’ll find brands like Helly Hansen, Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Davek Umbrellas, and Jack Spade. Tomorrow it’ll be Victorinox, New Balance, and 2(x)ist. The coming week has Brooks Brothers, Adidas, and Oliver Peoples. The brand parade marches on. The discount, you ask? How about up-to 70% off original prices.
Think of it as the mall of your dreams, with post-holiday sales. All year round.
Gilt Man is invite only, but fret not. The private gear/gadget shopping club has set up a special backdoor to their private club for Gear Patrol readers so you can join straight away without the hassle of “knowing” someone. Just hit the link below and invite your friends (you get $25 credit for each referral). You’re welcome.

Oh sure, you get everyone to sign up on your personalized url and pocket the $25 per person referral yourself.
Good point, but Eric or GP won't get any referrals from this. This was just a request we made on our readers behalf so they wouldn't have to be encumbered by individual invites. If you think about it, it wouldn't have made much sense to share something, you couldn't join.
Though, I'm sure if you email him, Eric would be glad to extend you an invite.
When throwing out unsubstantiated opinions or flaming a gratis offer, go ahead and sack up with at least your real first name. Anonymous commenting is as weak as it gets.
nooo now things are going to sell out faster. Look over there, a butterfly!
Why don't you just add the iphone app and get a free invite from them… that way no one coins the free invite… also remove the linky above. I admit I thought GP was trying to score $25 for each referral too. You guys do a whole bunch of free crap as is…
"Free crap", an interesting choice of words Chiller. Nope, no referral links for anyone here, just a request to Gilt Man that we be able to offer our users somewhere to sign up without needing an invite, but evidently no good deed goes unpunished.
Thanks for the heads up on the iPhone App. Admittedly, that one got by me.
Well look at it this way, by using someones link they get 25 from you as a gift in a way which they will then spend to on a gift to make some one else happy. I lost my job last year and I am using the invite fees to buy a Christmas gift for my wife. So far I have 75$ if you want to use my link feel free you can also go to Gilt.com ans sign up if you would rather not be kind and instead give the money to Gilt. Mu using a code it costs you nothing and gives someone else $25. Why not ?
