It’s no secret that we at Gear Patrol have a fondness for Nau gear. Several of our crewmen have purchased their garments in the past, and it’s about time we share with you one of our favored go-tos, the Nau Modus Trench. The Modus Trench is a three-layer, waterproof, windproof jacket that has two feet firmly planted in both functionality and style - something urban dwellers will appreciate.
Nau’s commitment to sustainability is on full display in the Modus Trench, evidenced by it construction of a 100% recycled polyester fabric developed with Japanese supplier, Teijin, who specializes in technology that weaves stretch-fabric from post-consumer and industrial polyester waste. Essentially, this means that your purchase not only nets you a luxurious feeling coat, but one that’s constructed of sustainable materials.
As you can see from our photos, there’s nice structure to the jacket that’s appropriate over a shirt & tie or a weekend sweater. Nau forms this into a three-layer shell cut into a fitted tailored structure at crop trench length, articulated sleeves, removable hood, Riri waterproof zippers, adjustable cuffs, internal chest zippered pocket with a hidden internal iPod cord routing system. paul smith shoes I bought her for her birthday, she adores them. I was a little worried the calf would be tight around her
