My sons and I love our Blendtec mixer - no we don't put any crazy stuff in it, out di enjoy trying to recreate Jamba Juice creations. It handles anything frozen you throw in it and its construction is rock solid. Details here: http://www.blendtec.com/productDetails.aspx?id=12...
Would love to add a Turkey Fryer next to it.
Happy Holidays to one and all!
My fuzzy logic rice cooker, I never use to eat rice because I never made any rice that was good, but fuzzy logic's are the best. Now I eat cheaper and feel fuller, and that's good for a student like me.
My favorite piece of kitchen equiment is my potato ricer. We're at that time of year where I make lots of mashed potatos and I'm on a riced potato kick.

Just wanted to say thanks for a chance to win this INDOOR turkey fryer….my hubby is standing outside right now frying our turkey. BRRRRR….
The best kitchen equipment is a food processor. I use mine for everything almost every single day
Everything starts with good knives. My pick is the Alton's Angles by Shun Angled 5 1/2 Inch Santoku Knife.

I am now a facebook fan.
I'm with CobaltInfinity — a good knife is the foundation of the kitchen. Though I prefer MAC knives.

The most necessary piece of kitchen equipment is by far the KitchenAid Stand Mixer. It comes in tons of different colors to match the kitchen, and the accessories allow it to be versatile. This has been so helpful in the past to make food for the whole family.
The microwave oven is the best kitchen appliance. Anyone with a microwave can cook a dinner in minutes. Don't know how our ancestors made food without it.
Favorite kitchen equipment is my electric chopper because it save me so much time
I LOVE my iittala stainless steel casserole pot. lightweight, easy to clean, no non-stick coating and looks amazingly awesome. this thing is so shiny and pretty it makes me feel like one of those birds who goes around collecting shiny bits of foil. i used to be all for cast iron pots but ever since i got this iittala one i'm completely sold on stainless steel. i loved mine so much that i actually gave it to my mom but.. i definitely need to steal it back soon!

I would have to say my favorite kitchen tool is my BBQ grill/smoker. I know your saying to yourself, that's not in the kitchen… Well, in California it is. Due to good weather most of the year I tend to BBQ more than use the oven or stove in the kitchen. So I hope that counts. Oh, and here's the link http://www.biggreenegg.com/grill_accessories.html
My favorite piece of Kitchen gear is my cake mixer. I love baking and this professional cake mixer that I received as a Christmas present last year is one of the most used kitchen appliances in my kitchen. I grew up loving to bake cakes, cookies, pies, anything sweet I would learn how to make it. But recently I have realized the best thing about my cake mixer is that I can share my favorite recipes with my young daughter who has a willingness to learn all about cooking. Not just baking but frying, grilling, everything! I would love to have a new favorite piece of kitchen gear like the ButterBall turkey fryer. I just finished watching the infomerical about it and I love love love this new invention. Maybe this will become a new tool for my family to use to cook and bond together with!
Thanks to everyone who entered. Entry is now closed and we will announce a winner this Monday. Hope you had an outstanding Thanksgiving!
