You might remember our teaser about this feature early last week. You know, that photo of yours truly leaping out of an airplane to his death? Okay okay, some call it skydiving, but that doesn’t mean I wasn’t nervous as hell. Well, it’s finally time that we divulged the whole story, in Gear Patrol fashion.

Thanks to the video and indefatigable personality of resident car reviewer Bradley Hasemeyer, we’ve put together a short behind the scenes video conquering attractions in Sin City with our colleagues and friends in the men’s media space. Unfortunately, for reasons we’re sure you’ll understand, the casino and nightclub conquests were left on the cutting room floor. If that’s not enough to tempt you to hit play, I might add that you’ll also catch a few moments of me towards the end of the video… adrenalized out of my head blabbering on about the merits of sky diving. Yes, I was willing to risk personal embarrassment for the sake of the Gear Patrol cause and my editor’s amusement. Doubters take note! We hope you take the time to watch over this lazy holiday weekend with some adrenaline filled adventure and enjoy. Question is: where should we go next?

We’ll have our corresponding review of the 2010 Toyota 4Runner for you next week. Thanks to Toyota for the hullabaloo and as always, Flip, for gearing us up with their latest MinoHD video cameras. Now, back to leftovers.

An Ugg bootis made from the skin of an Australian merino sheep most commonly. The wool part of the skin faces into the inside of the boot and so lies against the leg. This results in a warm soft feel to the boot that is found only from wearing Uggs boots. The Ugg is unique in the level of comfort it offers to the wearer, and devotees of Uggs will maintain tenaciously that Uggs are the most comfortable boot on planet, unsurpassed by any other form of footwear.
