Fall is here and with it comes the inevitable roar of college football. That also means it’s time to accept our god given right to pregame (literally) by pulling into the parking lots across the nation, busting out our gear, and cranking up the tunes.
So in honor of the manly pregame festivities, Gear Patrol’s own Bradley Hasemeyer and his trusty production sidekick Mike Iwamasa are hitting the road in search of the ultimate tailgating experience. That means the duo will be attending five games in search the most impressive, bad-ass shindig around along with city traditions and must-visit hotspots. They’ll be awarding worthy fans with FLO TV’s galore plus some free service. That’s an important fact considering FLO TV will be featuring 200 live games this season from every major conference, so if you can’t tailgate like a rock star every game, at least you’ll never have to miss a game.
Five Stop Tailgate Tour
We’ll be announcing the full five-stop tour schedule soon, but our first stop is this Saturday where Bradley and Mike will be heading to Columbus, OH deep in Buckeye Territory to watch Miami take on Ohio State. You’ll be able to watch and follow their (mis)adventures over the next two months on FLO TV’s Ultimate Tailgate Tour Blog (launches Friday), here on Gear Patrol, and tons of updates/behind the scenes action on our twitter feed. Hint: follow us and you won’t miss a thing. Already know you’re going to have the best tailgate or have some pregame hotposts/traditions we should visit? Email them at [email protected] and you never know, they might just swing by and don you with a FLO TV (just have a dog & beers ready).
Send Us Tailgating Photos. Win Awesome Stuff!
Now, about those FLO TV’s. As much as we’d love to hit every game and tailgating shindig with a FLO TV we are mere mortals with mortal budgets. Fear not – we’ve got one of the best giveaways in GP history. Just send us a photo of your tailgate setup, tailgate gear, or awesome tailgate moment. The funnier, crazier, or gear-tastic the photo, the better. So long as our
refs lawyers don’t cry foul you’ll automatically be entered to win a FLO TV. No excuses either, if you’ve got a phone made in the past decade then you can do it.
U.S. Residents over 18 only. Sending us photos gives us permission to use them (duh).
