After a brief hiatus, All-Clad has reissued its ultra-popular LTD Collection. Featuring the same quick-heating, low-maintenance construction, the cookware, available through Williams Sonoma, now features ergonomically contoured stainless steel handles and brings with it a dishwasher-safe designation.

When it launched 35 years ago, the LTD Collection was noted for its radical versatility, marked by a thick, conductive aluminum core and stainless steel interior to facilitate browning and searing. With a scratch- and stain-resistant anodized aluminum exterior and flared edges for drip-free pouring, it quickly became a favorite among home cooks and professional chefs. Broiler- and oven-safe up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, and suitable for use on all but induction stovetops, the reissued All-Clad LTD Collection is an old favorite made new, and a reminder that not everything in the kitchen needs reinventing throughout the digital age.
