Mohican Work Crew Jacket by Ginew

Your New Favorite Lightweight Jacket Is Made in Oregon

July 20, 2017 Style By

For cool summer evenings and balmy shoulder seasons, few garments in your wardrobe will get more wear than a light jacket. A solid option for your daily wear, called the Mohican Work Crew Jacket, was just released by Ginew. The jacket is dedicated to the founder’s grandpa and his cousin who worked on the 1930s Mohican CCC Crew to build infrastructure in Northern Wisconsin. The jacket features American components (a 65/35 poly-cotton shell, a solid brass zipper, cotton pocket linings), American manufacturing (made by Dehen in Portland) and a timeless-style cut in a modern fit. It’s a versatile staple that retails for only $255, a fantastic price for an all-American piece of outerwear.
