Under Armour’s Newest Shoe Automatically Tracks Your Run

February 2, 2018 Briefings By

Under Armour wants to update your running experience with its newest sneaker launch: HOVR Phantom and HOVR Sonic. The shoes have a zero gravity feel, soft and durable outsole and stretchy knit upper with energy web fibers — all of which feel great while in motion. Runners who like to keep track of every mile will appreciate the automatic pairing with MapMyRun. Just shake your foot to connect to the app, and it syncs your distance, so you don’t have to worry about your watch or phone dying mid-run.

The HOVR cushioning is Under Armour’s latest technological advancement designed to soften your stride as you pound the pavement while simultaneously keeping your energy level up while you run. We took these out for a run at Outdoor Retailer this year, and they fit like a glove.
