Converse’s latest collab is one-part performance, one-part hype.

Released under the lifestyle-focused Carhartt WIP line, the new Converse Chuck 70’s HI Gore-Tex is a tougher Chuck Taylor. In place of a purely canvas upper, this take blends element-resistant Gore-Tex with the traditional canvas and throws in a vulcanized rubber outsole, more exposed stitching and reflective features on the heel cup and strap. The new Chucks are available in black or white, and are available through Carhartt WIP’s site now.
