15 Years in the Making

The Best Travel Coffee Brewer You Can Buy Just Got Better

April 15, 2019 Home By

It’s been 15 years since Alan Adler invented the charming and cheap Aeropress but the world of third-wave coffee finally has his follow-up: the Aeropress Go.

Unveiled over the weekend at the Specialty Coffee Expo in Boston, the Go retains the same brewing mechanics as the classic Aeropress but compartmentalizes it into a travel mug. Given the fact that the classic Aeropress was already the specialty coffee world’s favored travel brewer, it’s a safe bet the Go will follow in its footsteps. Daily Coffee News reports that Go will be available for purchase late summer.

Other SCA Expo drops include a new single-cup pour-over brewing kit from Chemex, a cheaper version of one of our favorite coffee makers, new electric kettles from Bonavita and a whole lot more.
