Hublot Big Bang Integral All Black
This Iconic Watch Has Been Redesigned with An Integrated Bracelet
Integrated bracelets seem to be having a moment. There was the Alpine Eagle from Chopard, the Odysseus from Lange (okay — not exactly an “integrated” design, but the look is there)…in short, you wouldn’t be mistaken for believing we’ve returned to the 1970s.
Hublot’s Big Bang is the latest model to receive an integrated bracelet design, though of course the now-iconic watch has been around since 2005. It’s now available in titanium, black ceramic, and King Gold with integrated designs, though for our money, the All Black ceramic is the way to go. (If you want a steel model, you’re out of luck for now).
The bracelet fuses with the watch’s newly redesigned case and features polished and satin-finished surfaces. Though the watch’s dial and bezel are identical to those of the extant Big Bang 42mm model (excepting the new indices, which replace the old Arabic numerals), the design of the pushers now more closely resemble those of the original 2005 Big Bang and have in turn inspired the new bracelet design.
Crafted entirely from ceramic with the exception of the black composite resin lugs and the rubber molding on the crown, the new model features the HUB1280 manufacture movement with 3-day power reserve, automatic winding, and a 60-minute chronograph. A limited edition of 500 pieces, the Integrated All Black model lists for $23,100.
