The company’s line of outdoor footwear, called ACG, flies under the radar, though. Nike has quietly bolstered its ACG offering in recent years with styles like a hiking boot that sold out almost instantly and a trail shoe that used its top-line running shoe foam, React. Instead, the boot uses a Velcro cuff that designers borrowed from winter jackets and a top-to-toe lacing system we typically see on approach shoes. The upper contains a flexible Gore-Tex membrane, though, so regardless of what these boots look like, they’re sure to keep your feet dry.
