Here at Gear Patrol, we’ve made no effort to hide our love of leather furniture. Rugged, timeless, and assuredly masculine, we’re always on the look out for unique pieces any guy could find room for in their home. The Triad chair and ottoman is a prime example. Perfect for studies, offices, or other small rooms, its seating area measures 42″ wide x 21″ inches deep making it a comfortable spot to relax for up to two people at a time.

Since it’s made by Ethan Allen, this chair also plays to one of our other vices: customization. For instance if leather really isn’t your thing, or clashes too much with the furniture you already own, buyers can choose from a variety of upholstery to create the chair they want. We’d recommend keeping the whole pick your fabric detail a secret from your better half though, that is unless you’d like to be posed with choices until your late 80s.

Cost: Chair $1,700 | Ottoman $670
