Sneak Attack

These Revolutionary New Adidas Runners Will Rock Your World With 20,000 Struts

Lots of high-priced shoes get by on their looks. But that’s not the case with the new Adidas Consortium Runner Mid 4D, which combines aesthetics and performance in a way that makes its nearly $500 price tag seem somewhat palatable.

What’s so special about these kicks? As the name implies, they incorporate the brand’s game-changing Carbon 4D tech, employing Digital Light Synthesis to create a midsole from light, air and 20,000 struts that can be tuned for optimal energy return.

The shoes also boast grippy Continental rubber outsoles and Primeknit uppers for a sock-like fit and supreme ventilation. That should come in handy as temperatures rise this summer.

The Adidas Consortium Runner Mid 4D is available at select retailers and the link below. Oh, and did we mention 20,000 struts?
