Nike’s New Pegasus Lets You Go Laceless Without Looking Like It

Since 1983, the Nike Pegasus has been the go-to sneaker for runners everywhere. In 2018, Nike added FlyEase to the Pegasus 35 to make the sneakers better for adaptive athletes and runners that span the spectrum of ages. And this month, Nike updated the sneaker to include the newest model, Air Zoom Pegasus 36 FlyEase. For those already familiar with the Pegasus 36, it’s very similar — a full Zoom Air unit that feels responsive and makes for quick turnovers, plus a sleek-looking exterior and heel clip. The main difference in the FlyEase is the zip closure along the inside of each foot, plus a toggle and cord instead of your typical laces, meaning there’s no time wasted tying/untying them — and no fiddling with fit.
