Nomos’s World Time Watch Gets a Stealthy New Black Dial

November 11, 2019 Watches By

A new limited edition of Nomos’s Zürich Weltzeit world time watch, made specially for an Amsterdam retailer, offers some welcome variation in the German brand’s lineup. With its minimalist design sense, in-house automatic movement with 42 hours of power reserve, highly wearable 39.9mm x 10.9mm case, and handy world time complication, it offers tons of style and functionality for its price of around $5,100.

Previously available only with blue or white dials, the Amsterdam version has a matte black dial and several nods to the Dutch city, including “Amsterdam” highlighted in red in the city ring and home time indicated at 3 o’clock by an Amsterdam flag. Limited to only 25 pieces, the Nomos Zürich Weltzeit Amsterdam is available from Ace Jewelers.
